Basil-white bean puree, sliced mozzarella, parmesan, arugula, smoked tomato confit, fresh basil, balsamic glaze, salt and pepper, toasted on Black Pepper Focaccia bread. Served with potato chips, a pickle and a cookie.
Half Sandwich, Half Green Salad
Your choice of a half sandwich and half salad served with a portion of French or Whole Grain Baguette bread and a cookie.
Ham and Swiss Cheese Sandwich
Artisan ham, Emmental cheese, emerald greens and maple mustard sauce on Country Rustic bread. Served with potato chips, a pickle and a cookie.
Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich
Zesty sweet Peppadew piquant peppers, feta, cucumbers, emerald greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, cilantro-jalapeño hummus, salt and pepper on Tomato Basil bread. Served with chips, pickle and a cookie.
Tuscan Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Chicken raised without antibiotics, provolone, parmesan, arugula, smoky tomato confit, basil pesto and basil mayo, toasted on Artisan Ciabatta. Served with chips, pickle and a cookie.
